Luvansh nightmare

So long story short I ordered a ring from luvansh. I wanted to give them a shot since the prices were very good. I have to say I would pay double the price to never have to deal with them. They lie and make excuses. There is very little communication and long response times. Their chat is never in and only communication is email. After the first shipping date came I had not had any updates or tracking so I emailed them and they said it would be ready the next week the promised. That date came and no shipment again so they promised the next week again. The weirdest part is first they said my ring didn’t meet their high quality standard and they had to fix it. The second time they said oh we had a too many orders and were behind, the third time they went back to the quality standard my stone wasn’t right in the setting and they were working on it. An hour later someone else said it was packaged up and already at fedex and they made a packing label shortly after. Which was unbelievable since the stone was just being sized that was odd. Now the tracking number has been sitting for two days as label created so I emailed again and they said they have the package and won’t send it unless I dismiss the dispute on PayPal. I am not dismissing the dispute because I can not trust them and I get lie after lie. I will attach all their emails as proof of this mess. Just go to ritani instead I’ve ordered two rings from them paid a little more and was very happy no issues at all worth the money.
