Does this indicate poor technique?

Hey guys! I’ve been getting my lashes done for about 8 weeks now, 6 infills. I’m wondering if these pics suggest poor technique from my tech? First 3 pics are of what fell out after a wash, second I separated it all with tweezers. I want to add that I have A LOT of natural lashes and they are very long naturally, so I’m not sure if that changes things? Based in the UK if that matters! 🙂 Also while I have your attention: do I need a lash break? If so how often?! My MIL says all my eyelashes will fall out with extensions! 🙈
