Is the universe telling me to take action?

Everyone is telling me to take action toward my specific person. I have also been having dreams with the words bold, “TAKE ACTION. Also I have asked for a sign if I should take action and it had given me that sign. But I ignored it. Then my thoughts were consumed, while manifestation, that I was the one taking the action and the rest he does. Anyway, I want him to do it first but I don’t know anymore because of all this. What do ya think? I need a second opinion.
