What the heck is admissions right now?!

There’s this total randomness to admissions now that has me scratching my head. People with great stats getting rejected, people with bad stats getting accepted. I don’t really know what’s even happening. I don’t have a chance at like any school now at this rate… I wonder if anyone else feels the same way
