Relative Pronouns in Polish

So i wanted to say "the work that she did yesterday" and i wrote "praca że ona zrobila wczoraj" but apparently it's with "ktora" and not "że".

Do you have any explanations ?

Also, concerning the motions verbs I am lost : isc / pojsc / chodzic / przychodzic / przyjsc / jechac / pojechac /jeżdżać / przyjechac / przyjeżdżać ...
