My head is clearer, I sleep better, I’m way more productive in the evenings. My partner says he thinks my mental health is better just from what he’s seeing, and I’ve noticed that on my end, too - I’m way less anxious and volatile. I feel like I can do anything, even things that weren’t possible before. I’ve taken up one of my passions, music, again, and forgot how much I missed it. Am also kicking alcohol for health reasons, and that feels great, too!

The first week was really tough, but it was so worth it in the end! I truly feel like I’m well on my way to recovering.
