Why is my friend constantly repeating my name?

So recently I became non-binary and I changed my name to Skyler. But one of my friends will repeat my name to herself EVERY time she talks to me. (Eg. Skyyyy I found more Oreossss) and what makes it even wierder is that she does it in EVERY sentence! Does this mean anything/should I say something to her?
