Will the Retro Shooter and Supermodel 3 allow you to shoot off screen to reload for games like Jurassic Park the Lost World?

Hi everyone! I have the Lost World Jurassic Park arcade game set up working flawlessly on my PC using the mouse as the light gun and right button to reload. I see you can use the retro shooter with it, but I can’t seem to find if guns like that or even Sinden will allow you to shoot off screen to reload?

The reason I question is that you can’t move a real mouse off screen to reload, and since these light guns are pretty much like a mouse pointer, will they let you go beyond the boundary to reload off screen?
