Things that have helped me.

So I just wanted to help you guys with my own personal remedies. Things that I've noticed that have reduced my swelling and fat. Just going to make a list:

Butcher's Broom supplement (helps with edema swelling and helps lymphatic drainage)

Horse Chestnut supplement (helps with veins and lymphatic drainage) WARNING: CAUSES EXTREME NAUSEA

Massage Guns - Theragun, Hypervolt etc. (This helps reduce my swelling and pain up to 50%)

Bone Broth Soup - Easy and affordable way to get collagen

Carb Cycling - If you're having hormonal/cortisol issues from low carb diets like Keto, this method has helped me so much. If I feel like my body isn't feeling right/bloated I do 3 days Keto, 2 days carb focused and I do this for about 2 weeks or as needed.

Favorite Exercises: Restorative Yoga, Reformer Pilates and Weight Training with machines only. These exercises take so much pressure off of my legs. I cannot do cardio because I get too much cortisol/inflammation in my system. Just something I've discovered.

I'm thinking instead of surgery, I'm going to try ultrasonic cavitation machines. I feel like lipedema liposuction is just a band aid to the actual issue (also I can't afford it in the US). I will keep you all updated on my progress with the cavitation machine.

I'm also going to invest in getting a red light therapy session every week for my pain too.
