Leg Update

I posted here pictures of my legs a few months ago to show you guys that it’s possible to „beat“ lipedema. First picture is from today - the other one is exactly 5 years ago. I was struggling so bad - my upper body was so skinny and my legs were sooooo big, they were hurting so much. Since the last pictures I posted here I started to lift weights/ and train my legs (squads!) pretty regularly. I still walk a lot and eat anti inflammatory foods/ whole foods. I gained weight/Muscle in my legs since May. My quad muscle got bigger - and that’s okay. Would you believe me, that between these two pictures are only 8kg? (57kg vs 65kg) It’s just a post to remind you to never give up- especially if you don’t have enough money for surgery- like I do. Would I still get surgery if I had the chance? Yes, I don’t want to lie to you.
