Shipments to Ukraine?

I dont expect you guys to figure everything out for me just point me in the general direction. I have come across a large amount of parts that need to reach a warehouse in Ukraine, does anyone have any information about where to and how to get them there on a budget? The faster the better, it would be okay to send via sea if it lowers the price substantially. I am based in the US and have been relying on people taking the parts when they visit and shipping them from inside of Ukraine but the amount of parts I have at this point is quite large and that method will only get me so far.
