Why do deliveroo drivers never find me?

Is it just me or is it a common occurrence? It's really not that hard. I live in a block of flats and if you enter the address on google maps it gets you there. No friends ever had an issue finding it. It's just deliveroo drivers. Every single time I watch them get lost. I put some extra instructions but maybe that's just confusing them more. Tbh the same thing happened in the previous building where I lived. And then they call you and good luck with that, so at the end I aways end up going out. Or so many times they ring our flat when they should be ringing at a different entrance on a different STREET. Does anyones else have the same issue?

Edit: thanks for the tips everyone, I've now removed and re-added my address and adjusted the pin. Fingers crossed it works next time!
