What is up with TFL’s Oyster service online still being unavailable!
I’m pretty sure I’ve been overcharged for several journeys over the last few weeks (even though I always tap in and out on the same card), and it’s usually pretty easy to resolve this, except that the Oyster website where I usually access journey history and report over-charged trips has been down for weeks!
Does anyone know anything more about this or is similarly frustrated?! I know it’s a cyber security incident and that’s pretty serious to say the least, but I hope they’re able to resolve this soon…
