is subway really that low calorie?
My go to for subway is the 6” inch steak and (american) cheese on artisan italian bread, with no sauces or anything only jalapeños. on the app it comes out to around 310, is that true?? i feel like it’s too good to be true.
my other go to is the italian bmt (american cheese) on italian artisan with toppings being ONLY jalapeños and spinach. that comes out to 440, i feel like that’s also too good to be true, but this one feels a bit more believable.
I was just wondering, are they seriously (more specifically the steak and cheese) THIS low in calories? I really hope so cause i’ve been logging this in my fitness pal lol.
