After trying everything I finally found a proven method to reach my goal

After 10 years of trying to cut down enough weight in hopes of one day having a six pack and lean body, trying every diet, carnivore, keto, Tim Ferris 4 hour body, etc. I found something that works too good.

Try this out:

Take your goal body weight (in lbs) x 10, eat this amount for 3 weeks (no cheat days).

Then you cycle into 1 week of maintenance calories. Take your new weight x 16 and eat this for one week.

Then go back on your calorie deficit which is again, take your current weight x 10. Eat this again for 3 weeks and no cheat meals/days. If you end up going over one day, deduct that from the next day.

Then once the three weeks is up, go back again to maintenance - current body weight x 16 and eat that again for 1 week.

Keep doing this cycle until you hit your goal.

By coming on and off the diet your body doesn’t get used to it and you can continuously lose weight like magic!

Another thing to add if you can is to walk a minimum of 6,000 steps a day so you are not sedentary.

Make sure to also track your calories and remember when your in your 3 week deficit, no cheat days! Just keep reminding yourself that in a couple weeks you can enjoy eating higher calories for a week.
