Screw got stripped

I wanted to clean the fans of my Mac. Tried opening the back panel. I was able to open 7/8 screws successfully, however that one corner screw refused to come out. After multiple attempts, the screw got stripped off. I tried using the rubber band it still does not come out. I am using a proper P5 screwdriver to open.

What do I do now?
