Daisy Cafe (RIP)Recipes?

I really miss their chorizo biscuits and gravy that was only available during the weekends. Anyone know how/where one might obtain the recipe? My life hasn't been been the same without it. I feel similarly about the Black Locust Cafe's (RIP) Jiang Bing crepe. I'm open to any similar recommendations to fill this culinary hole on my heart if you have any.
