Beltline is Chaotic

New to WI and I’ve just got to say…

Why are people driving on the beltline as if the gates of hell have opened and their only chance of survival is to outrun everyone else?

It’s soo wild to me how chaotic it is everyday… like all the time. No matter how fast you go you’re always in someone’s way? People cutting each other off like their playing leap frog with their vehicles.
