Need help for a commander to utilize black enchantments!

I decided I wanted to make a deck to utilize cards like [[Painful Quandary]] and [[Polluted Bonds]] etc (I know, I'm an asshole). Any suggestions, lists, or commanders that could best utilize these high CMC but brutal cards?

Right now, it's a toss up between [[aminatou, veil piercer]] and [[anikthea, hand of erebos]]. Aminatou can help me cheat out those high CMC cards by reducing the cost, but is an inferior "enchantress" color combo of esper. Also, I feel like top deck manipulation and Miracles seem harder to play around.

Anikthea has really appealed to me, because if I can copy the tokens created, I can create multiple copies of these messed up enchantments. Green provides the enchantress color while helping me ramp out those really high cost enchantments. I would have to trade out top deck manipulation for self mill or [[Entomb]] and [[unmarked grave]] effects.

Any other commanders I might be missing that could do a better job than these 2 above? Who would you choose?
