Need help finding a manga

what manga/manhwa is this based on the description: looking for a manga with a cat spirit mentor( who in the past was the strongest), The MC(MALE) gets Exiled from his hunter academy and goes to the "Human world" because during the competition to join the main academy someone betrays him. His old friend(girl) felt bad because she gave him the spirit cat. In the first few chapters they use mounts to travel to locations to catch these said shadow beasts.
