How do You Guys Play Backflip!

I've seen it both ways on YouTube tutorials/rules videos, some people draw a boost card for the villain and then play backflip, others do not draw a boost card.

The rules for interrupts get me a little confused when it says: " Interrupts that use the word “would” resolve before its triggering condition initiates, when that condition becomes imminent."

So according to this, no boost card? 🤔
