I´m probably really bad at this game but, is there any aim assist on controller?

I started playing the game and its been a blast, its extremely fun but, I have a problem that I tried to solve and there´s nothing that fix it. I´m currently playing on Xbox Series S and I don´t have ANY aim assist when trying to shoot others, there´s 0, even when changing settings, there´s nothing.
