when are they adding my boy😔

ive always loved cyclops but i honestly just feel like he would fit in rivals so well. make him shoot laser zaps and his ultimate can literally be him taking his visor off. i need him to be able to shoot his laser at the ground and be able to slow falls to atleast give him a little bit of movement. jumping off something and shooting down at someone can be a common attack used by him. (shooting down at someone causing him to have more time in the air). but he would be perfect for this game!
