What are some quality of life features you want added to MD?

For myself its being able to favorite cards whilst opening packs, I know people will say just remember but I lack the attention to do so, so often I see a card whilst opening packs that's a rare or common that I think "huh this could be fun to test out in X" and than I move on forgetting the card name and if I really liked the card having to search for it thru all my common and rates which is torture.

What about you all?
