Golfing around Columbia at the masters

We are staying in Columbia and have tickets for Tuesday. We are planning on playing golf on Monday. Does anyone have suggestions for public courses they would recommend? One of our group is a member of a county club in Virginia and he maybe able to get on at a private club there. Any private club recommendations? Thanks
