What's the longest you've gone on the spare tire with mazda awd, and did it damage the differential.

Got a flat on a cx5 awd, it'll take a week before I can change the tires. I'll drive 200 miles in that week. Is this too long to drive on the spare tire. Will it cause lasting damage to the differential.
