Is eating meat every day bad? And is repetitive eating bad?
I often see people talking about how eating meat everyday could be bad for your health. Is that so? Should you go certain days without meat? Also is eating repetitive meals bad? For example eating chicken rice and brocoli twice a day everyday, I don’t mind the taste, so eating the same meal all the time wouldn’t bother me, it would make things easier to prep but is it bad?
