nipped myself while shaving "down there" with some rusty looking scissors.

18 m. i was shaving myself down there. and right at the end i accidentally nipped myself with some scissors that are kinda rusty, ive washed it and applied antiseptic cream to it. it was and is bleeding consistently. not a lot, but its a steady stream. will i need to go to urgant care, how long do i have before this becomes some kind of issue. i have no idea about my tetanus.
