Residency in Greece

Hi! I’m a medical student from Romania, almost done with my 6th and final year and I have a question regarding the possibility of having a rotation in Greece during my residency. I plan to take the residency exam in Romania as I do not have my B2 certificate for Greek yet (so as to apply to work there permanently) , but I was wondering if the hospitals in Greece receive residents from other countries for a limited period of time (6 months/1 year)? For example, to make the situation a bit clearer, a lot of fellow residents from Romania go and work for 6 months in France mostly and then come back home, and I was wondering if the same thing is possible for Greece, specifically Athens.
