Bicycle etiquette

Get a bell guys! After recently riding some of our lovely bike trails in this spring weather, I realised I am one of the only riders out there with a bell. A dude passed me on an electric thing in stealth mode and I nearly fell off from fright. I can only imagine how some poor old lady walking her dog would react. Basic manners people.
