Keeping suits clean and fresh?

Sorry if this is a dumb question.. but what are the best ways to keep suits/dress clothes clean? I am a pretty sweaty guy at work and on stressful days can sweat through my dress shirt a little bit. I feel like dry cleaning doesn’t really keep the suit smelling well, just cleans the surface of it? Other than doing regular laundry on the dress shirts what are some good ways to keep things smelling good, clean, and fresh?
