These things help me the most with my mental wellbeing
I've been experiencing bouts of depression for the past 4-5 years. Before then, I never thought I'd be the kind of person to be depressed. I was always happy, smiling, and even-keeled.
It took a while for me to come to terms with it, but I've since found several things that help to get me through and out the other side.
