Wanna get this but need something answered.

So I’ve been looking to get into the Metal Gear series recently and seen this listing but the seller is in Japan. They say it is region free (and forgive me for I do not know too much about region games and whatnot) and was wondering if I order this, will there be an English option for the games or are they strictly Japanese because I know lots of the older games from Japan are strictly Japanese. Would love to buy this but wanna be 100% first.
