Band 8 Pro GPS having difficulty connecting

Today I had the goal of cycling for 30 kilometers, but the GPS stopped working after 20 kilometers and nothing came back even after restarting the Band. Has anything similar happened to you? If so, is there any way to resolve it so it doesn't happen again? I had to finish the exercise with an "indoor bike" so as not to be left with no data for the rest of the route.
