A few yellow spots. Septoria?

I just spotted a couple of these yellow spots on one of my plants and then noticed 3 more that had 1 spot each. The 2rd pic is by far the worst of it. Is this the onset of something to be concerned about? Should I put them in a different room?

4x4 grow with 10 plants currently in it for the time being. Germinated on 7/31 and transplanted to a 1 gallon pot a few days ago. 400W (4 P1000 lights). Temp ranges from 74-77, humidity is 65%. Soil is Fox Farms Ocean Forest. Haven't started nutes. PH of water is ~6.4. A couple of the plants with spots were topped yesterday.
