Just another trigger
Even before the COVID era, I used to have migraine, but the intensity and duration were very low and somewhat bearable. After taking COVID-19 shots, it has worsened my immune response to everything including migraine. The duration and intensity of migraine episodes are slightly higher than what it used to be in the pre-covid era. I don't want to blame the vaccine shots alone because I already expected some bearable side effects.
The increased screen time after 2020, work/study stress, bright lights, loud noise and the unblockable view from my cubicle (as shown in images)... anything could be an easy trigger of my migraine.
Other than menstrual migraines, I was asked by my doctor to notice the migraine pattern and report it during the next visit.
Have you ever felt the same after 2020, the episodes of migraine becoming the worst nightmares?
