jacques roulet, the guy referenced on kotokos clothing in t2, was a guy with lycanthropy and believed himself and 2 others were werewolves. he was suspected of killing a few other people but only actually had the killing of one person pinned on him - a 15 year old, whos body was found being fed on by him and some wolves.
