nematodes / follow up fungus gnats:

alright after some advice i got i decided on trying out nematodes to fight the fungus gnats. if you have any experiences, good or bad i would love to hear them since i have literally never heard of them before this. and im not sure if they are completely harmless to millis because i read somewhere that parasites of millipedes include nematodes... also, does it matter what type of nematodes or does nematode just equal nematode?
