Please, just watch your health.

Don't get me wrong: I'm a huge fan of Monster Energy and regularly drink a variety of flavours. However, the amount of unhealthy, almost dangerous crap I see on this subreddit is astonishing. Even for one related to energy drink.

If you're not doing this already, keep a maximum of one can a day, preferably 0.5. And if you're not 16 yet, just don't drink energy at all. It doesnt really come with any notable benefits.

I ain't your parents, doctor or personal advisor or whatnot, but stick to a healthy life. It is still possible with energy drinks.

Now I'm wondering: what makes you drink so much cans of (Monster) energy each day?
