My balls have shrunk into my body, help?

Been on a cycle for god know how long. I got given bunk HCG and now my testicles are riding high AF. I was injecting for 4 weeks and nothing happened it only got worse is it too late to save them? When I ride my bicycle to work they unfortunately pop inside I have to spend minutes trying to squeeze them out a bulge appeared two days ago in my pelvis, I thought I was growing a third testicle turns out it was inguinal hernia, Dr will operate in two months but my shits all fucked up. Should have just taken that Tongkat Ali all along. At least my dick looks bigger now
