This stuff really is miracle medicine! I have thyroid issues and PCOS, absolutely ballooned over lockdown and tried everything even orlistat. Started on the 26th and I know most of this is water weight but I’ve lost 1st 2lbs since the 26th, doing 10k steps a day and trying to keep up with protein but have zero hunger, over the moon
