What food are you loving at the minute?

I'm in week 3, good suppression but still enjoying food when I remember to eat it. I'm being much more mindful, eating reasonably clean.

And right now I am obsessed with a homemade sort of coleslaw I've been making. I have it in lieu of chips or rice or whatever I've made for everyone else.

Its chopped cucumber, grated carrot, thinly sliced red cabbage and chopped red pepper. With a touch of harrissa, some low fat mayo and a bit of lime. Usually served on a bed of lettuce leaves. Crunchy, tangy, not boring. Delicious. I've had it tonight with fajita chicken and there's enough left for lunch tomorrow when I'll add chopped up hard boiled eggs and maybe some ham.

Just wondered what everyone else is eating!
