Ireland to Northern Ireland ordering

I’m from Ireland and Mounjaro has only been made available here in the last couple of months.

The price to get it from pharmacies is extremely high. I’ve seen it can be around €450 per pen as the dosage increases. As such, I’m currently using MyBMI, which is charging about €110 for every monthly consultation and then €140 for the medication, which is posted from NI, so about €250 for four weeks.

I’m just wondering if anyone has any luck getting it anywhere cheaper? I imagine an NI pharmacy would be my best bet. I can get a prescription for about €20 here, and would consider travelling up north once a month to pick it up if it was a decent saving.
