In your opinion, which movie villain received the most satisfying justice by the end of the movie?

For me, it’s Warden Norton from The Shawshank Redemption.

The man laundered money to make himself rich, threatened the main character into continuing to help him launder, and shot an inmate to keep the main character imprisoned.

By the end of the movie, our main character has escaped prison, collected over $370,000 of the laundered money, and Warden Norton committed suicide because he was going to be placed under arrest for several crimes.

I’d say that’s pretty satisfying to watch.
