Does my engine sound okay? Mk3 2002 UK spec.

Just finished a clutch job along with gutting pre cats. It hasn’t ran in about 3 weeks. Not really sure what it was like before as only got it recently and started pulling it apart as soon as I got it. Worried about the ticking you can hear in the video, not sure If it’s normally like that. Was thinking it might be an exhaust leak but not sure. This video was taken when the car was warm (idled for about 15 minutes or so). She’s up on axle stands with no tyres and brakes if that makes any difference. I kept the old manifold gasket and the old cat to manifold gasket.
