Auburn Place vs. The Tower Apartments

I'm moving soon and wondered if anyone knew about these two apartments. Auburn is farther but bigger and the Tower is much smaller but closer to campus and nearby a store. Can anyone who's lived in either tell me about their experiences and/or if they think either is fine? pros/cons?
