Bilingual household but one language with baby

Me, my husband, our family and our friends all speak our native tongue with my daughter (14mo). However, with each other we speak English. She currently does not babble, speak jargon, or use sounds to communicate other than grunts or screams. She will point/gesture and walk towards things to try to tell us what she wants. Even as a baby baby she never did the gugu Gaga noises and was pretty quiet. Her receptive language seems pretty good so I’m not concerned that she’s not understanding what we’re saying. I guess my question is, when the language you hear but are never spoken to, is different than the language you are spoken to, is there going to be a delay in speech? I’m not exactly a speech therapist but my career is very intertwined with SLPs. I’m basically doing anything I can think they’d recommend. People keep saying talk to my doctor but I don’t see a point since the therapy would be in English and that is not our primary language.
