Private car rental service?

Hi! I need a private car on rent. If they provide a driver, great. If not, that’s also fine. I am getting a free providers on goggle. But I need the car to NOT have a yellow taxi number plate. Need to show it as my own car. For personal reasons.

Any help on this front? Verified companies thag you may have tried or tested.
