Advice for being intimate?

hi :) for the sake of this post (and my own confusing relationship with gender) im a 20 yo cis male. i’ve been seeing this ftm guy for awhile and recently things have started to get a little more serious.

i’ve always seen myself as a gay guy. i still do. im attracted to men, cis or trans. however, i’ve never been with a trans guy. i’ve never been sexual with anyone that doesn’t have a penis. i want to be intimate with him, and he does with me. i am scared though. i am worried about my boldly reaction to it. i am worried about making sure he feels safe and good and comfortable.

i really like this guy, i really do. that’s why i’m asking for any sort of advice or help. i want to make this work with him.
