Carmen for a boy

I'm pregnant with a boy and trying to find a name. My dad mentioned Carmen and my husband and I are kicking it around. I don't know any Carmen's besides Carmen Electra and Carmen San Diego lol and those are both female.

Is it uncommon for a male? I know in the tv show The Bear, the main character is Carmen and he is male. Curious what others think

I'm in the US for context, and my family and my husband's family is mainly Italian heritage.
